Orders
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through Paypal.
To place an order over the phone or discuss an item, please give us a call. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday between 10am - 5pm central standard time. (T) 251.517.7349.
All items are available unless listed as “Sold Out”. Please contact us directly if you are interested in an out of stock item.
Immediately after order submission, you will be given the option to enter a password and create a user account with us. This account allows you to check on your order status and store multiple shipping and billing addresses for future purchases.
Sales tax will be applied as follows: 4% if shipped within the state of Alabama, 7% within Baldwin County, AL, and 9% within Fairhope, AL.
Shipping
Domestic orders over $50 and International orders over $300 receive FREE shipping. Orders of any amount shipped within the state of Alabama will receive FREE shipping.
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.
Lyonstate offers the following shipping options:

- UPS Ground (or USPS Priority for PO boxes) (1 - 5 business days) $10 [FREE for orders over $50 or any order within state of Alabama]
- UPS 2-Day (2 business days) $25
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) $35* * Next Day Air orders must be placed before 10AM
- USPS First Class International (no tracking, insurance, or guaranteed delivery window) $25 [FREE for sale/promotion orders over $300]
- USPS Priority International (1 - 14 business days) $45 [FREE for full price orders over $300]
Lyonstate Perks
It's simple, for every $100 you spend, receive $10 credit towards your next purchase. Earn credit on all purchases, including sale items and use credit on full priced items. Credit no longer valid if order is returned. To earn credit, you must be a member of our newsletter and email us to let us know you would like join perks. You can join the mailing list by accepting marketing during the checkout process or login to your account and check "accepts marketing". Credit good to use for 90 days. Credit cannot be combined with other promotions or credit. We appreciate your patronage at Lyonstate.
Return Policy
Lyonstate will accept returns for refund or exchange on full price merchandise and for exchange only on sale/promotional items. Returns must be postmarked within 20 calendar days of the sale date and merchandise must be in it’s original condition (unworn, unwashed with original tags attached). Shoes must arrive in original box. Please notify us via email before returning an item and let us know the reason for return and whether you would prefer store credit or refund.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Apothecary products are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the goods purchased and will not include shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, customer will be responsible for shipping costs of new product.

Privacy Policy
Lyonstate respects your privacy and will not disclose your information to any outside party. The information you provide when placing your order will be used during the order process and to contact you regarding it. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list, please contact us and we will remove you from it.
